Please note: We do not hold inventory. All products are sourced and shipped directly from our network of trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers. As a result, processing times may vary depending on the specific supplier fulfilling your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery
Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers and suppliers located around the world, delivery times vary by product and destination.

Important: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the fulfillment partner's location, shipping method selected, and customs processing. Some products may ship from overseas warehouses, which can result in longer delivery windows.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

· The fulfillment location
· The shipping destination
· The shipping method selected
We offer free shipping on orders over $1,500 for US customers.

4. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains items from multiple suppliers or fulfillment centers, your products may ship separately and arrive at different times.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Please check your email and order status page for updates.

6. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to multiple countries. Please ensure that the item that is to be procured is available for shipping to your area prior to purchase. There will be no refunds available for items that are unable to ship to certain areas.
International customers are responsible for:

· Any additional charges imposed by your country's customs authorities
Please note: As of 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption for shipments under $800 has been eliminated. All shipments entering the U.S. are now subject to tariffs and customs filing requirements. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates and regulations.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional purchase and/or shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
